Terms of Service

1. What Trd Sanji is

Trd Sanji (trdsanji.store) is a marketplace connecting sellers of game accounts with buyers, and a directly-operated top-up service for game coins/UC. By using this site, you agree to these terms.

2. Marketplace listings

Every seller ("vendor") must apply and be approved by Trd Sanji before listing products, including submitting a real name, phone number, Facebook Page link, and a government ID/passport photo for verification. Approval means we've checked a vendor is a real, identifiable person — it is not a guarantee of any specific listing's quality or a seller's conduct after approval.

All negotiation, payment, and delivery for marketplace listings happens directly between buyer and seller over Messenger or Telegram. Trd Sanji does not process payments, hold funds, or take a cut of these transactions, and is not a party to the sale.

3. Top-up service

Game coin/UC top-ups shown on the /topup pages are sold and fulfilled directly by Trd Sanji, not by third-party vendors. Orders are placed by messaging us with the package and your in-game ID, and paid for via the QR code shown on the site or another method we agree on. See our Refund Policy for how issues with these orders are handled.

4. Prohibited conduct

You may not use Trd Sanji to list stolen accounts, commit fraud, impersonate someone else, or engage in any illegal activity. We may remove listings or suspend accounts that violate this.

5. No warranty

Trd Sanji is provided "as is." We do our best to verify vendors, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy of any listing, the outcome of any deal between buyer and seller, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
